Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. I NEVER experienced a service guy (person) with such an AMAZING personality; when he arrived at my home he was full of joy! My sincere thanks to Dan Bennett for resolving my HVAC issue. He has turned what was a major headache for me into a very pleasant experience. Dan went out of his way by working with his manager and vendors to get a great resolution to my problem. He is a man of his word and follows through with what he says. I would also like to thank the technicians who completed the work. They were knowledgeable, competent, and left the work site better than they found it. After working with Dan it’s clear why he is the Quality Assurance mgr. and why they call him “Mr. Happy”.

This is what it looks like after they've finished their work. I didn't expect them to repair the drywall, but they didn't bother vacuuming up the dust they made. Serval spots in the house where they cut through the drywall and left dust. They also sprayed blue liquid to find leaks and didn't wipe the excess off the walls. There are black scuff marks on the walls too. It's annoying that I need to clean up after them. I was originally told $625 to find the gas leak and repair it and was reassured that it would likely not go over $1000. My house had several leaks so it's understandable that I paid more, but after the first day they told me it was going to be $3500, almost 6 times the original price. Had they told me from the get go their hourly rate was $245/hr I could have easily done the math that one day for labor would be $2000 and would have had proper expectations of cost.
They did come out promptly and fixed the leak and got us running with gas again in 4 days despite the issues my house had. They seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I just wish there was more transparency in their rates and had cleaned up after themselves.

Edit: I found out they didn't file a permit with the city, which was required and expected. They also left all the old plumbing in the attic, which I have to clean up.

Great work. Fair, honest, and efficient. This will be my first call, for any plumbing needs.

My home is currently under warranty with Lennar and we have been having issues with one room not cooling as well as the others. I put in a service request and was told Tempo would be out to inspect on the morning of 7/6. I reached out to Tempo once it got close to 2pm with no call from them saying they would be late. I was assured we were still on the schedule and that the tech was just running behind. I called again at 7pm when I still had not received a call from dispatch. Again I was assured I would receive a call when they were on the way. No contact, no technician.I called this morning around 9am to let them know I waited all day yesterday and heard nothing. The rep I spoke with this morning stated that they were short a technician yesterday and that's probably why my appointment was missed. That's extremely unprofessional. I should have been told yesterday that I was wasting my time waiting at home all day for someone who would not show. Furthermore, no one reached out to let me know I needed to be rescheduled. So now I'm waiting for the second day in a row without knowing if someone will show up or not. I see lots of positive reviews for this company but that unfortunately has not been my experience so far and definitely makes me not want to use them for future jobs.
