Joe and his team have fixed a gas leak and a burst water pipe for us. He cares about helping people and did a great job. He also showed up quickly both times. He even brought us space heaters from his house when we didn't have gas! Thanks, Joe!

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

We had a plumbing issue that we just couldn't fix ourselves. This company was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a fair price. The team was professional, courteous, and provided us with great customer service. We will be using their services again in the future.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.
$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

They were able to come out on a Sunday and fix the garbage disposal within a few hours of me calling for an appointment.
