Brian is a true professional, I don't know how other companies can compete. His prices are almost half and he uses the same brands. You can really tell he cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. If you don't give him a shot you must not like saving money.

I had 3 toilets that needed work. They arrived on time and promptly fixed each one. They did not make a mess in my home and left each bathroom clean and tidy.

absolutely terrible company, and even worse customer service. the owner patrick is unwilling to take ownership of his company's errors that cost my family thousands of dollars in floor repairs and repeat trip visit fees. after a 30 min discussion about what middle group could be met, and what concession he would offer to keep us as patrons, patrick proved unwavering and unwilling to provide any decent customer retention tactics. as a small-med business that relies primarily on word of mouth and online reviews, im surprised he decided that at least paying our additional trip fees (about $300) wasnt worth not tarnishing his brand. let alone the $600 floor repair bill we ended up with due to his employees' ineptitude. as a result, we're making it our personal mission to ensure anyone we know does NOT patronize this business. we had great success hiring escobars and sons here in dfw! much more bang for your buck and the gentlemen who did my work and cleaned up after this company made great conversation and was very transparent about their work before doing anything to my home. we are in the process of filing a BBB complaint about this company as well.

Jacob G. Came to do some work on our drains today - he was absolutely amazing and extremely professional. We really appreciate the honesty and great prices, also we really like that he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to our sink and the repairs that needed to be done with time. AJ the supervisor also showed up to our home and was able to give us a quote for more repairs that our home will need with time - we are extremely satisfied with how today went and we will be using them in the close future. Will absolutely recommend to do business with them and will add that they were very good price which was very surprising as we thought they would be absolutely overpriced due what you hear about big companies. If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

BIG thanks to GP Plumbing for coming through in the clutch. I was visiting my grandmother in TX and had a late night flood in the basement. Call these guys and they showed up within what seems like a few minutes and got to work. Really helped in a stressful time. Would recommend!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
