I've had J.R. from Accuslab come out twice in the last 2 years to help me with slab leaks in the foundation. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very fair pricing. They are professional, on time, and fast with repairs. They also explain everything they are doing, in detail, and they go above and beyond in attempting to minimize cosmetic damages such as drywall, etc. If you need an honest company that takes pride in their work and customer service, look no further. These guys are legit.

Great company, great team! We used them last year to repair a tankless water heater and this year with the freeze we had another tankless water heater damaged that they got to replace. With the craziness of the freeze and huge uptick in urgent repairs across the area they did a great job of scheduling and getting repairs done quickly.

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

UPDATE: I absolutely was being over quoted by Reeves Family Plumbing!! The quote was for apx $445 for one item (since they recommended that the toilet be caulked and they would provide it complimentary, which was confusing since the their proposal noted caulking. Again, this is where a line item proposal is helpful). I have since had a plumber from another company come out to set up the sink. He charged $145 for parts and labor for the sink (as opposed to $445 quoted). Further, he stated that caulking would not resolve the toilet issue and quoted $165 for parts and labor to reset it. All in for two services, $310. So, if a company is not being transparent and refuses to provide a more detailed quote, there is a reason. It doesn't matter if a company has been in business for 60 years. It could have started out great and later generations can squander the business and reputation.

REPLY TO RFP RESPONSE: I initiated each of the communications. The 12 emails from RFP include, an email sent to me instead of another company, two emails with the proposal and no information, one email simply stating they will provide me with a breakdown, one email asking for a call, another emails sending the same proposal for the third time, two clarifying how much I initially paid for the service, etc. The company simply failed to provide me with any information or have a conversation to attempt to provide me with information. The only phone call was me requesting a breakdown to the June proposal (labor for each item and cost of parts), inquiring why the toilet was being caulked and incurring charges for it when it was done a few months earlier, and to understand the costs. She was to discuss with the technician why he was recommending caulking instead of resetting, and to follow up with the October technician regarding scope of work. At no time, did she ever call to explain anything. Additionally, when I was initially quoted for the original work, we were very specific about the work that they plumbing in the laundry room needed to be ready before the cabinets and countertops were installed, especially since there were no cabinets in the laundry room. That is why the quote stated that we are responsible for drywalling. It does make since that they would cut sheetrock if a cabinet was there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The office is most unprofessional. This company lacks transparency on billing, charge for services not performed, and overcharge. In the process of trying to understand a June quote, I discovered months after they provided a prior service, that I was charged for items that DID NOT occur. I have email evidence with the office telling me I was charged a particular amount for resetting a toilet. When I noted that it was caulked and we still have issues with it and questioned WHY we were charged for a service that did not occur, she gaslit. She failed to provide any reason why I was charged that amount and stated no further communication would occur. The gaslighting is not a one off. The initial June quote included two items: sink and caulking toilet. I explained that they already caulked the toilet in October and requested a breakdown of the June quote so I could understand the proposal. She provided another proposal with the same dollar amount as the initial one and said the caulking would be complimentary. That is not complimentary since the prior June proposal was the exact same amount.I spent over 3 months attempting to resolve this issue with them. All I sought was a breakdown of costs provided from a prior service and the proposal. DO NOT USE THEM!

Very pricey company. At the moment I do not have any issues with my new toilet installation by Felipe. I have guaranteed for one year if anything happens to the toilet. It only took one hour to install the new toilet. Thank you My Local Plumber, LLC.

They were prompt and on time. He was thorough and delivered the estimate right on the spot when he was there. He gave us two estimates. One was if he purchased the new toilet and the other was if I purchased the new toilet. Both options were reasonable. At the end the service was fast and professional.

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.

The technician cleaned out the clogged drain fast and efficiently but I felt we were overcharged. We ordered a plumber via telephone on the morning of 10/29/2018 and we were given a time frame of between 2-5, to expect a technician. The technician did not show up until 7:29pm and then I believe he charged us an after hour surcharge even though it was not reflected on our receipt. I telephoned today and at first was told that we had been charged a $50.00 after hours service fee, but then the employee denied it. We should not be charged for after hours service due to Roto Rooters delay in their arrival time. This was not an urgent need as the drain clog was in a spare bathroom. Either way, $240.00 for less than an hours work was very pricey. We did get credit for a $50.00 off online coupon which brought the total to $190.00. Bottom line: the work was satisfactory, the price was not. I would recommend your children become plumbers as it must be a well paid profession.

billyGo was a life safer! We had a blockage that caused flooding in one room which required us to shut off our water until we could get it fixed. They were able to come out within a a few hours on a Saturday! There was no up charge or weekend rate. Marco was friendly and informational with what our options were for the problem.
