Best Sewer Line in Irving TX

Rude, doesn't clean up after themselves, pricing was VERY high. It cost more to install a water heater than it cost to purchase it, and it was an expensive top of the line water heater. I suggest almost any other plumber in DFW over Home Town. Left holes in sheetrock didn't even try to cover them. Left sheetrock dust all over. Left mud from crawlspace all over the place. Mike Salazar the owner, told me when he left Don't Call Me I'll Call You. This was 10+ years ago. I wouldn't have written this review now, except for he was rude to me on social media. I strongly suggest you try another plumber.

We had a new faucet installed on the upstairs bathtub. The plumber forgot to install a seal on the new bathtub faucet, so when the tub was filled excess water leaked behind the tub and down into the first floor ceiling. While the plumber did come to fix the issue, they were adamant that they were not to blame for the water leakage and refused to pay for any damages.

I was in a pinch when my water heater broke. I called up Texas Blessed Plumbing, and they had someone out to my house the next day. It turns out that this company is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with-they were professional, quick, clean, dependable...everything you could hope for from a service provider!

They came out last minute to fix a water leak in my back yard. Saved a ton on our water bill and prevented flooding the yard and probably neighbors too. Fast and professional! Great job guys!

We built our house 15 years ago, and one of our three water heaters starting giving us problems last month. (That's pretty good!) It would start out hot, but would run lukewarm within a few minutes. Researching it, it looked like a dip tube, which is a very minor repair, but with the age of the unit, we wanted to just replace it.

I used one of those sites to get quotes from several companies. Most were quick to call, with some giving quotes over the phone and others coming out, but they were ALL much higher than I expected. I tried calling all our local plumbing companies. I ended up getting about a dozen quotes, and they ranged from $1275 to $1685, except for one that was $2503.

Then I searched on Craigslist and found Brian's post there. He was advertising $640 for a ground floor install or $740 for a second floor (like mine). That was so low that I had to call to make sure that wasn't JUST the labor charge. He confirmed that was the whole price. The only surprise would be $15 per line if any of the lines needed a flex hose installed.

Brian was delayed getting here, but he was proactive about letting me know when he would be there. Most of the other companies just gave me a 4-hour window (just to get a quote!) and if he had done that instead of setting a specific time, he would have been inside the window. I was flexible on the time since I work from home, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Unlike most companies (who sent out two guys, just to do a quote), he was working by himself. You can tell he had a lot of experience by how easy he made it look to get the water heater upstairs and the old one down. He had the new one installed, the old one loaded on his truck, and everything cleaned up within 90 minutes of the time he arrived.

One line needed a flex hose installed. My total bill was $747. That was over $500 less than the next cheapest quote, and less than 1/3 of the highest one. And the ironic thing is that the water heater he installed was the EXACT same model that the $2503 company quoted.

With two other 15-year old water heaters in my house, I know who I'm going to call when the next one needs replaced.

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

They were prompt and on time. He was thorough and delivered the estimate right on the spot when he was there. He gave us two estimates. One was if he purchased the new toilet and the other was if I purchased the new toilet. Both options were reasonable. At the end the service was fast and professional.

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
