We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I called Roto-Rooter and they got to my home within the hour.
Ryan was great and efficient. He got our drains back to flowing since water was backing up into the bathtub and pouring out of the toilet. Thank you and great job to Ryan.
