Donny was excellent at this appointment. Prompt and diagnosed problem and quickly remedied it. Was also very informative as to what might of caused it and some recommendations on what to avoid putting down drain. Very clean and professional service afterwards.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Mario was very professional, curtious and a wealth of knowledge. While deep diving for hidden issue with hvac system he never stopped training his shadow employee Thang. I now know more about my HVAC because he knew more!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had such a wonderful experience the first time I had Plumb On come out that I called him out to another house. Again, he surpassed my expectation. I expected this job to be very very expensive, it was not. I expected it to take a very long time. It did not. I've already recommended him to my family and wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you need a plumber dont think twice about calling here! *** let me mention he helped at my house that had well water!! Hard to find!

Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!

Tony and Jeremy came to my house to install shut off valves and drains for two sinks in a new bathroom. Due to the location of the vanity drawers, there was very little room to navigate. Somehow, they managed to install everything in the tight space and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be using Hellyer plumbing again for my future plumbing needs. Thanks so much!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Our tech Dustin was great! Super friendly and efficient. Had our air back on within two hours. Will definitely call them back if we have any issues in the future.

We have used Thompson Plumbing on both large and small scale projects for our general contracting business. They are extremely reliable, and in this industry that can be very hard to find. We've worked with them for the last 2 years and have never had any issues. If you are looking for reliability, high quality, and reasonable pricing - this is the plumber for you!

Do not use this company. There plumbers give recommendations and then don't stand by it. They recommended not changing a value then it leaked and refuse to fix for no-charge

I had a shower issue that two different plumbers told me would cost into four figures. Then, Danny from P&K tried a quick fix that worked perfectly and cost way less. They're not out to bill you as much as they can, and will work with you for an affordable solution.

I have been a member for a few years with Peterman and have always had positive experiences. Today, I had an HVAC maintenance appt and Bryan Weaver was extremely helpful! He was super knowledgeable, professional, and explained things very slow and clearly so I understood what was going on. Highly recommended!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.
