Carter’s came out for a free estimate of a leaking pipe under my bathroom floor. They were able to give me a couple of options which included a repair of the leak(this is an OLD home and had a lot of old galvanized pipe) or a repipe of the house. I chose to repipe and they were able to schedule in a timely manner at a good price. On the day of the job, Larry and Logan showed up early in the morning and were able to finish the job in one day(ahead of the day and a half quoted). They were very professional and I was very satisfied that the job went as smoothly as it did. I will definitely use them again for future work and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Superior service! I called Weilhammer Plumbing during a sump pump crisis on 01/10/20. Mark arrived within 45 mins of my call. He assessed the conditions and immediately I was at ease. He could sense I was distressed and worked quickly to remove risk of water damage and then performed extensive investigation to the root cause of problem. He was beyond thorough in the evaluation and further in the explanation provided to me, the homeowner, during the process. His service cost + equipment installation was very reasonable. Unfortunately my water heater had seen some better days and I was constantly having to restart it in order to have any sort of hot water. We called Carter's for a free quote and estimate. They were out on time for the quote and gave us options for the repairs needed which is always nice to have. We opted for a complete upgrade in a water heater, sump pump replacement and upgrades to the basement shower and faucet. Monday at 8:30 was their scheduled arrival time. They were not only on time BUT a bit early which is also appreciated. Kelson and Keith both greeted me with an exchange of names and a handshake. I had to leave for work leaving them with my wife, youngest son and dog. We were beyond impressed with their work and my wife gave me these updates throughout the day. They explained everything they had changed out and then also explained the issues again so we would have a good understanding to what all hadn't been working properly. They seemed to have made my sump pump even quieter and cleaned up after themselves removing all old faucets, boxes, piping and any other trash. They left the area in better shape upon leaving then they had found it. They addressed my wife by her first name every time, communicated when they would leave for lunch, worked efficiency and quietly and were even great with my dog. It's never fun having to spend money on home repairs...but, I am beyond impressed with Carters My Plumber and their execution of 5 STAR service. They are and will be Carter's MY Plumber for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks again guys!

Was very happy to find Andrew to install our hot water heater. Gave me a quote over the phone, scheduled us immediately and took less than two hours to install and haul away the old one. On top of great service, the price was reasonable and hundreds less than other larger companies.

Our water heater went out and they had a new one installed the day after we called. Travis was super friendly and explained everything. Very professional and did a great clean up job as well.

Miguel was very professional and extremely helpful. He is very thorough and ensured we understood everything that would happen going forward and our options. Highly recommend.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I personally want to thank (Van #3301) For good customer service, worked fast. And was a great teacher. Not joking, I spent 18hrs trying to get this plumbing right. He did it in 2hrs.
