My technician showed up in a timely manner to fix our outdoor faucet that they installed three years ago. The faucet never worked properly, and we just made do. This summer though we wanted to get it fixed so that our son could use a sprinkler. The tech was friendly, but he said that all he needed to do was go to a store and buy a part. The part was one that screwed on and off the top of the faucet, which was all that needed to be done to fix the problem. That was fine until I asked how much it would cost. At first he told me $450 plus the part! To unscrew the pressure valve and screw in a new one! He then said $250 plus the part! I understand that he should be paid for his time and effort, but that is insane for a job that took all of 10 minutes. I told him that I would wait and do it myself, and he said that he would just charge me a diagnosis fee of $130 and fix it. Being that he had told me all about his pregnant wife and how they need money, I hesitantly agreed to the price even though it is still an absurd amount for a job that literally anyone could do. Keep in mind that this is something that was faulty when they installed it the first time for well over $300. I do not understand their pricing and it seems that they try to get the most money possible out of customers.

Vincey was very helpful in fixing another Techs error and was in and out very quickly! Friendly guy!

He was here in a timely manner. He asked me questions. He listened. He called the previous service guy to see if he had any additional information to give him because this was their second time out in 30 days. He cleaned up his mess. He was personal and easy to talk to. I gave him 4 stars because he kept forgetting to put the cover on his shoes that that dirt from the floor wouldn't track!
