I am very happy with the service of Hope Plumbing. They replaced the shower and drain in the main bathroom, toilet innards in two bathrooms, two complete faucets in the kitchen. In an old house repairs don’t always go smoothly but these guys coped well with unexpected glitches and the results are completely successful. Seth was careful to explain what was needed and how they would proceed. I can recommend them without reservation.

Joe McElfresh (and another co-worker Joe) did a great job fixing a bathroom sink that had been slow draining for months. I’d called a different plumber that said “sure, we’ll be there Friday” what time Friday? “Friday.” My time slot got pushed all day and then they called to try to reschedule for the following Tuesday. No thanks. L.D. Smith was recommended by a neighbor, I received a two hour window for my appointment and Joe arrived at the very beginning of my time frame. My job was more involved than the drain snaking I was hoping for but I was kept in the loop on developments and options throughout. I was then quoted what I felt was a fair price and given a project time frame, both were spot on. They took good care to lay down rugs and tarps to protect flooring and cleaned everything up nicely at the end. I’m so.happy my neighbors recommended L.D. Smith and I’ll be sure to do the same. I was so pleased and happy to have Trace help us with the heating problem. He was genuinely determined to troubleshoot the furnace and he determined the blower wasn't working. He suggested that the furnace may still be under warranty from another company and to check with them. One of their people come out to determine tejeré I had a leak in the bathroom and living room. The gentleman determined that the leaks were coming from vents from the roof. So, I cannot say enough about what a fantastic job that he did and I will not hesitate to have McNeely come out again. I am going to have to because the leak in my bathroom has come back. I know it is a leak from the roof because my neighbour‘a have had the same problems with their condos.

Phil & Alex did a quality installation of a new hybrid water heater to replace a standard electric one. They were very courteous and gave suggestions on maintenance. Their pricing was fair and I hope to use them again on future projects.
