Best Septic System Installation in Indianapolis IN

My sump pump motor died. I called RR and Tina answered. She was knowledgeable and sent a tech out within the hour at no charge. The tech was able to install a new motor and backup motor that day. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was done in 3 hours and cleaned up after himself. I have a 5 year warranty on the motor and a 1 year warranty on the labor. They have a high labor cost but they are worth it and deserve it. I could not do what he did. He cleaned out the bottom of my sump pump pit and the smell almost took me out of this world. If I had this career, I would ask to be paid what I am worth as well.

After another company claimed parts of my sewer line would need to be replaced due to tree roots clogging it, I called Gurney Bush. They were able to remove over 98% of the tree roots and said the cleaning should last for 5-10 years and found there was not damage to the pipes that would require repairs. They were quick, honest about the problem, and saved me thousands in sewer line replacement costs. Will absolutely do business with them again!

Armor Air did an excellent job. They were very professional, friendly and really fast at fixing my repair. I had a leaking pipe under the house and they fixed it right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Appreciate these guys!!

Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. Over priced and can't follow simple directions!

The service technician was Chawng Vunga. He completed the job of unclogging a bathroom sink. Chawng was the second technician sent by Roto Rooter and was able to unclog the drain within the hour. He was very professional and cleaned up the area before leaving.My only concern was I had a $100 off coupon that had been mailed to our home with no expiration date. However, the quote for the bathroom sink was $388, so even with the $100 discount, the charge seemed more than I had paid previously for a kitchen drain in 2016.Satisfied with the work and the tech who served us, not so happy with the discount mailer.

Offers a septic Tank pump out. Their prices start at $350.00 for the first 1000gal. There are less expensive honey dippers out there!

The technician was very professional, and even fixed it so if it happens again I can unclog it my self with clean out access.

Michael, the owner, came out in June and did some repairs on the septic. He was very nice at the time and told me to contact him with any issues or if the repair didn't fix the problem. After a dry summer, the issues didn't show till late fall. I called multiple times to tell him the repair didnt work. He never returned my call. The receptionist said she gave him 3 or 4 messages to call me and he wasn't responding so she gave me a number to call another company. The issue is I think the current problem is due to the June repair. Now I have to start over with someone else...
