Best Repair Job in Indianapolis IN

Though my experience with Hope Plumbing was not great due to poor communication on my scheduled job, I am 100% satisfied with the technician Carlos Hernandez. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did quality work! I would use Hope Plumbing and definitely request Carlos for my next job!

Mike and his crew were great they were in time, clean, knowledgeable, fair priced and friendly. They redid all the plumbing in my house and I would definitely use their services again if needed.

Could not be happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! Our kitchen sink was leaking but we couldn’t quite figure out the issue ourselves. Our technician, Joey, was prompt, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He showed us the problems and gave us all of our options - once we decided on a game plan, he returned within days to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. Everything works like new, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

Still can’t say enough about this company, this time at my home. Keith explained all that was going on showed me the problems and no pressure sale on what would work best for my home.

Tino went above and beyond to install an outlet in our laundry closet. Our building’s wiring is not the easiest to figure out, but he did an excellent job. The folks in the office were very nice, and they sent us texts and called to let us know who was coming and when.

Water heater went out, he told me to boil water for baths , and he would sell used water heater after his vacation, and charge to install

DO NOT HIRE , OUT OF BUISNESS< 10s of thousands in bad jobs all over INDY, License suspended, still out scamming, DO NOT HIRE , TERRIBLE< worse than HOPE PLUMBING< DO NOT attempt to hire this company, there is no one to help you once you invite them in. PLEASE DO NOT put yourself in a position to be ripped off like so many have, don't do it.

Kevin and Jake were awesome. Spent multiple hours at my house working through each system until they found the issue. Good pricing and great service. Will definitely use them in the future.
