The service overall was good as I needed to have a water heater installed immediately for an elderly tenant. I was pleased.

Service was outstanding. He replaced a worn water line valve with a new one for installation of a whole house humidifier. He also noticed the water line coming into the house was leaking, so for a reasonable additional cost he added a shut-off valve in a different place so it will be easier to turn water off and on. And he waited around to make sure none of the new installations leaked. Thank you!

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Everything went great. Technicians were very personable, professional, thorough and clean. They went through my unit with a fine tooth comb. They cleaned up after themselves and my unit looked better when they were done than it did when they started. I would probably use Peterman Brothers again and would recommend them. My only complaint is the appointment window they give you is all day. It really kinda ties you up for the whole day. If they come out before noon that’s great but if you are the last appointment, there goes your whole day.
