Connor Knopp did a great job repairing some sewer issues and some other minor things. Very prompt, professional and all around nice guy. The company itself is very responsive, professional and fair with their prices. I will definitely be contacting them again if need be and would 100% recommend to others.

I am in the process of collecting quotes. Aside from some challenges with the appointment my experience with Pristine has been good. The quote seems to be in line with the others I have collected, so my ultimate choice may be based on my interaction over other considerations. The tech (Nathan) was professional, knowledgeable and did not go into a high pressure sales pitch that would have eliminated Pristine from consideration.

If we choose Pristine I will update this reflect how the well the process went.

I called for an estimate on replacing a 29 year old water heater. A date and time was established. Upon arrival we discussed the options available, at no time was pressure applied to purchase. Installation was the same day. It was prompt, professional and as quoted. Thank you Carter's My Plumber

It was really disappointing experience I never had before. I work as facility at my work and we had an issue with clogged drain in warehouse lift station. The tech showed up and took a look before I met him. he started to talk while I was coming to him to show lift station. He mentioned it was heavily modified with different power setting on control panel using wrong power, etc. I explained the history of lift station, but after that he said I don't want to involved in this. I paused a little bit to process what I just heard. I told him I will find someone else, then. I am not sure how they teach their techs , how to address the issue with customer, and how they keep their business with this kind of negative minded crews who doesn't do work. They must have a lot of customers to make money. My recommendation, find someone else than ACME service unless you really don't have one near you. I wouldn't put any star if there were a zero star option.

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

After years of dealing with bad contractors I finally found a company that meets all my needs and I have a lot. I appreciate all they do.

We got a very good service for our electric water heater issue. The Carters service man came on time and could quickly find the issue. He even did not charge us for the element as it was on warranty and could cover it for us. Good work with reasonable price.

David put in a new kitchen sink faucet in for us and it was a real pain in the butt I could tell but he kept his cool and finished the job quickly and it works awesome now. We originally called him because we had a leak somewhere in the wall in the kitchen and he found it immediately, cut the drywall behind the dishwasher and repaired the pipes and did a great job!
We called him a second time because of the great job he did for us the first time to disconnect a water softener in my daughters house and he had it done in no time and she was very pleased with the communication and the work and said she will recommend him to her friends!
