From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with Austin and Mr. Plumber as a company. They arrived on time for both the estimate and the work to be done. They were not pushy with any sales and very knowledgeable. They advised on many aspects I needed to consider with the age of my water heater and certain things that were not up to code. They quoted a fair price in comparison to other estimates I had received. They were quick, kind, and explained to me all they completed when finished.Overall 10/10 would recommend. ?

Jonathon installed a water purification system. He trouble shot an issue, was professional and finished the job in a decent amount of time.

He recommended solutions, worked with me to discover what worked for me and my house, and did a great job in implementing those solutions. He unclogged a drain, installed two outdoor faucets, replaced a water pump, and fixed some pipe in the basement. His work was of high quality. Highly recommend.

Professional Plumbers with a focus on the Customer!

I was set to have a speculative property quoted for refurbishment; a week before the inspection I called to make sure the project was the kind they would be happy to work; I was told yes. As the work was speculative, I offered to pay for the quote, as there was a reduced guarantee of work; I was told it would be for free. Two hours before the inspection, I was contacted and told it was something they didn’t normally do, so they were not going to support the viewing. I easily could have found someone else to do the work if they had just been upfront, and I would have respected their decision. Very poor professionalism, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. Move on to someone else you can trust from the beginning.
