Did not show up as scheduled. No call back or anything, and now can't get back to us for 2 weeks. Was referred to this business unfortunately. They have no professionalism whatsoever.

The service technician showed up early and was very polite and professional. He discussed all the options and costs so that we could decide on the best course of action. I would recommend Godby to anyone who wants professional service at competitive pricing.

Justin was super nice and helpful but most importantly honest. He told me what problems to look out for in the future and also took time to clean some parts that had a lot of buildup. Justin was awesome!

Plumbing inspection. Kyle was the service tech. He was on time! He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough and talked through everything that he did and politely answered my questions.IMHO I wish ALL of the service people were cut from the same cloth as Kyle. It doesn't cost any more to provide excellent service and the financial returns are MUCH higher!

Adam originally came to provide me with a quote and then both Bryant and Adam came back to do the work shortly thereafter. They were accommodating when something came up and I had reschedule last minute. They spent the majority of the day at my house working on a variety of projects. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company and these two gentlemen.

We hired Jason to reseat the toilet to our new Master Bathroom floor and replace a shower control valve in the wall. He was on time, explained what he was going to do and the time required, professional, creative in resolving a minor issue from the manufacturer and price competitively.
