I am absolutely elated with the service and professionalism of my technician. My home is older and the plumbing was complex. He was able to trace the source of the two leaks and replaced the old galvanized plumbing with updated code-approved lines. He also assured me of the pandemic precautions he would take before entering my home. I will always call snd recommend Hope Plumbing .

Frozen pipes. Plumb doctor was the fastest and same day service. Lifesaver every other big plumber couldn't see me till Friday with negative weather and frozen pipes. He let me to the pupe and said heat for 20 mins and you'll have water. Great honest plumber with and gave me free advice. 2 days no water . one phone call and a half hr later I got water like predicted. Thank you plumb doctor!!

Contacted Peterman Brothers to get an estimate regarding installation of new furnace and ac. Also, 1 week ago had to have my hot water heater replaced and again, Peterman Brothers sent Dave and Derek to my rescue. They are absolutely awesome technicians. For my possible furnace and ac replacement, I was able to schedule an appointment with Brandon on-line which was a huge convenience for me and showed how he and this company valued my time. Brandon was on-time and prepared to assess my system but also listened to my concerns, questions regarding a system for us. I couldn't believe how he arranged for our installation to take place the very next day. Kyle and Jakob installed our furnace and ac in lightning speed. They were both perfectionist in everything they did for me and our family. Both were polite, respectful of me and our property, knowledgeable, experienced, skilled and gave me 5 star service for sure. I have never received such service, attention, and good quality workmanship before meeting these technicians from this company. They should be teaching classes to other companies. Everyone I have come in contact with from Peterman Brothers from the attendants/assistants answering the phone to the technicians that install this quality equipment are absolutely wonderful. They informed me every step of the way my options and what they would recommend. They also offered me education regarding how to maintain my new equipment to keep it in tip-top condition. They even cleaned my floor and the furnace room after they completed the installation. Perfect/flawless service!Thank you for all your hard work. Professional, timely, and quality work.

Very good company

Very friendly and professional and are on time but way overpriced in plumbing repairs and sewer line replacement. Had another plumbing company come out and unclog our line and charged us half what fite did and they gave us an estimate for sewer line replacement that was $1,500 cheaper than fites estimate plus they offered us a lifetime warranty where fite only offers 10 year warranty. After getting estimates from other companies, my wife and I felt fite was taking advantage of us. Sorry but will be going with this other company from now on. One last thing, the technician kyle took our check valve off from underneath the basement shower drain and said that we didnt need that and now when we run our clothes washer the shower fills up with water and leaves particles all over the shower floor. Because we found out from another plumber that the purpose of the check valve is to prevent the washer from back flowing into the shower.

We primarily worked with Joel Shores. He was quick in getting back to us. He walked us through all the details. We were selling our house and he even offered to meet with our buyers and explain the repairs that we planned to do and why they addressed their concerns. I'm sure that him going the extra mile is why we were able to close the sale. There were one or two very minor details that I think may have gotten overlooked (like getting a cover back on something, etc), but the major work was all done well. I was especially pleased with their work installing a new electrical panel. It looks incredible and they labeled it very clearly. The crew was also exceedingly polite and conscientious about trying to minimize any inconvenience.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
