WOW! Excellent service by Michael. Highly recommend to anyone. Starting from the initial phone call I made until today when they came out they were incredibly helpful. It’s felt like they were there to helping me solve a problem instead of just charge as a much as possible like MR. PLUMBER.

All we needed was to fix a slow draining sink and Mr. Plumber quoted us $3k+ to cut into a wall and replace some cast iron pipes and all kinds of other stuff. Michael fixed the sink without having to cut into any walls or floor and it all works great now.

I will call Three Kings Plumbing every time for here on out.

Not a good experience. I had to follow up multiple times to get clarification on my drainage inspection report done by them. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

We had an emergency sewage backup problem and they dispatched their crew within half an hour. VERY friendly and professional people. They solved the problem right away. Plumbers often get bad reputation but I'd use them again and highly recommend them for anybody.

They arrived very timely, thoroughly explained everything they were doing, were very professional and resolved our issue quickly. Highly recommend them and appreciated service technician Andrew C. (4782). He walked me through the process and took care of our issue.

Very professional service. We were sent a picture of who was coming out with the expected time of arrival. They worked very hard and did a great job. Reasonable rates and a get it done right attitude.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The service manager, Doug, is just about the rudest individual I have ever met. They did the plumbing on our 3 year old home when it was built, and we have had nothing but problems. Most recent, a broken water heater. My husband calls and tells the receptionist what's going. She said it should be covered under warranty. Doug gets to our home and says $250. I begin to ask questions and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. He immediately gets combative and defensive. It's no wonder our homebuilder broke ties with this company. They are unprofessional, rude, supply poor quality material and shoddy work. Steer clear of of this company.

Very professional, great job. ?. Came to see what our needs were when I called too schedule an appointment on Friday and they came that following Monday and did the repairs that very day.

They came a day early, fixed it quickly right on the spot and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Scott was courteous and professional... I highly recommend Big Frog!!!

Very friendly, helpful, and informative..
I called these guys out to get a quote on some plumbing work but then, the night before they showed up, my sump pump died!

So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to replace my sump pump, clear my slow drains, replace a couple of shutoff valves, and locate our septic tank when all I was expecting was a quote for some work!

They showed up on time, were very polite, showed me why my tub was draining so slow, and explained some possible solutions.

They also went through all my options for doing the plumbing work I was considering and referred me to a bathroom remodeling professional that could help me too.

These guys are amazing! I had a mini emergency with a water softener rough in that needed replacing and they were able to come out the same morning I called and had it all fixed within an hour. Highly recommended! Thanks Oscar!

Unorganized

Petree came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. They are reasonable and courteous.

I called at 8:30am to schedule an appointment. They showed up at 9am and fixed two leaking toilets within an hour! Plumbing doctors will be the only company I call from now on!

We're new homeowners as of 02/2016 and wanted an inspection of our hot water heater and other plumbing.

P & K offered us an appointment for the morning after I bought the offer here on another website--very prompt--for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. When I asked if they could come after my husband finishes getting ready for work (8:15), they said no problem. :)

Danny called from 45 minutes away and arrived right on time by 9:30. He put on shoe covers, which I didn't expect but was very appreciative, and inspected our hot water heater, a Bradford White with a 6-year warranty that's now 15 years old... going on 16. We'd suspected the previous owners didn't get it routinely serviced, and Danny confirmed our suspicions. He told us the clacking sound we were hearing was the sediment from the hard water and that the whistle was the HWH working harder due to the sediment. Considering its age and condition, he recommended not flushing it (in case sediment was covering any rust) and making replacement a priority, but could be put off until it starts leaking.

Danny inspected the other plumbing and found two more issues, including a rag in the toilet tank as a jury rig! The joys of home ownership!!! He left us quotes for a HWH replacement ($1150 with new HWH included!) and the two other plumbing issues.

Also, after reading some reviews of plumbing companies, I know some people complained that giant stickers were left behind on their HWH. Danny asked my permission if I wanted a sticker, and I happily said yes. Easier to find the number! And it wasn't giant at all. :)

Everything went great, and we'll definitely be calling P&K again!

We have had a fantastic experience with Service 1 Plumbing every time we've called! They get back to you quickly, schedule you in quickly, and arrive promptly (usually a little early, actually!). They are polite, kind, professional, great at explaining what they are doing, and work SO quickly. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

Called one of their plumbers out who was unable to fix the problem I called for, but plumber made an honest mistake that ended up causing significant water damage. Spoke to GM about it, he said he'd call me back in a day or two but failed to do so, and then would not return my calls after. My insurance has now paid for it all, with me paying the deductible, and now I have a claim record on my house that I never would have had if Roto-Rooter would have had integrity to do the right thing. Not to mention the headache of having to find repair services to replace my garage ceiling and having to personally rebuild a wood closet system that was damaged by the water. I literally would have been better off if I had never called them in the first place.

Aqueduct was quick to respond to my request, professional with his correspondence, and skilled and efficient with repair work. He was determined to finish in one day even though there were obstacles. I would highly recommend. Aqueduct plumbing. I will definitely use Aqueduct Plumbing when I need a plumber!!
