I had Andrew as my plumber and he was very knowledgable (had a couple questions about my sump pump system since I am a new home owner) and was able to get every question answered.

He was incredibly friendly, worked efficiently, and kindly explained in layman terms for me everything I needed to know based on our inspection request. Roto-Rooter was the only service I found that answered their phone after 6pm on a week night. Then they said they could have someone out within 4 hours. Their service went exactly as promised. The technician Benjamin was professional and explained everything before he performed the service so we would know exactly what to expect. Were they the cheapest? Likely no. But when my toilet flooded my first floor I didn't really take the time to price shop. I am grateful they came out and fixed the problem!

Ron from Acme diagnosed a broken septic pipe that several other contractors from other companies failed to identify. He was knowledgable about the recommendations he gave for fixing and improving our septic system. He made sure the work was scheduled promptly. Ron and his colleague Ricky were very courteous during the project. The price paid was the price stated on the proposal given prior to commencing the project with no hidden costs. I will recommend Ron and Acme to others.
