Best Electrical Systems in Indianapolis IN

Called to get quote for installing dishwasher apparently they don't do that. Asked what the charge is for installing kitchen faucet, they don't have clue. Only answer gave me there is $99 trip charge to come out and look at the faucet! Really? Another plumbing company that don't know how much would it cost to install kitchen faucet?! Yes there are plenty companies that can give quote upfront and then there are the ones that can't and get one star from me.

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Godby was good enough to come out on a Saturday and jump the circuit board to give us some temporary heat until they could secure us the part we needed. They came out Monday. Our technician, Kenny was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We will continue to keep Godby as our plumbing, heating and electrical source of help.

Caleb, the electrician from Mister Quik, helped us reconfigured some wiring in basement. He is very polite, professional and has done a good job in the entire process. He has good knowledge of his work and perform it well and efficiently. We are glad to engage Mister Quik for this project. Thank you Caleb and thank you Mister Quik!

Anton was a good guy , came to look at the problem . Left to get the parts, came back to fix the issue . Straight to the point in and out got our water back . Anton is a good employee. -corey

Just had the best experience with Peterman Brothers, specifically electrician Ryan Harrison and trainee Eli. We were able to schedule an appointment easily, Ryan arrived on time and ready to listen to what we wanted done. He provided several options and then proceeded to get to work. He was able to complete the job in one day, he worked efficiently and thoughtfully, making sure my expectations of where I wanted outlets placed were met. They also fixed a few other items in addition to our original ask.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very friendly, professional and great work! Also, as a dog mom, as silly as it sounds, I greatly appreciated how they interacted with my dogs, I didn’t have to worry about my dogs “being in the way”, Ryan and Eli were just as friendly to my dogs as they were to me.

Adam was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He has a friendly , polite manner while being very knowledgeable and focused.
