Brandon from Carter repaired the drain line (broken flange, previous poor repair) promptly and properly.. He arrived on time, and started the job
as soon as the scope of work was determined. The price seems to have been fair.

The work was difficult and physically demanding; however; Brandon was more than up to the task. Since we have a one-bath house, it was important that Carter finish the job as quickly as possible. Brandon was sensitive to that issue.

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

The technician Reggie was very knowledgeable and professional.
I would like to have him again as my technician.

I have been a customer of Gordon Plumbing for over 20 years…but today that ended. Customer service has lost me as what I would have thought was a valued customer. I set up a sump pump replacement/repair for a morning appointment and was told they would call before they would come my way…no call the morning of the appointment, no call that I recognized that afternoon…I called the next morning and was told that I did not answer the phone so they did not come. I asked if they left a message and they said no. I looked back at my call log, did not have a call in the AM, but one call at 12:43 from an unknown number. I have their number specified in my contacts and the customer service manager indicated that the technician makes the call not the office . Well the call was not in the morning first off, it was from an unknown number and no message. I requested for them to come today and they could not schedule me for over a week out. Obviously, they have so much business that they do not need mine!!

Petree came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. They are reasonable and courteous.

They responded right away and came out the next day. They gave me a window of time and came within it. The job was completed very quickly and cleaned up afterward. Everyone in the company seemed very professional also.

Great company. I called to get a service call as my AC didn't work, of course on the first hot week of the year, they squeezed in a diagnostic call for the next day, basic 30 min appt. to figure out what was wrong and then were going to set up a service call when their busy schedule allowed. The Technician was polite and punctual and actually for the AC fixed in that 30 minute diagnostic call. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

This is the third time I have used David and Aqueduct Plumbing to repair or refit plumbing in my 30 year old home. He is timely and gets back to you right away to see if it is an emergency. His prices are fantastic and work is immaculate and high quality. David always explains what needs to be done, the best way to do it, and asks if you have any questions.

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single. Any update would be appreciated. I pray they follow through and get it done.

Fast friendly service

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.
