Our sump pump had been running non-stop for a while and we decided to contact Rooter-Rooter to have them take a look and possibly replace it. The sump pump is original to the house and has seen a lot of work over those years. On 11/11/2016, a technician named Vala come to our rescue! He was very professional and showed up what the issue was with the sump pump. He provided options to me and didn't over sell me. He was courteous and cleaned up the area when he completed the work. Thank you again for saving us from a potential disaster in our basement!

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.
1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

I originally called for a drain to be looked at. Nick came and did what he could. I had a greater idea of what needed to happen. Nick inspected my crawl space and came up with a less expensive; while maintaining the proper way, fix. Professional, easy to understand, answered all my questuins so i understood. Nick had a helper with him on the repair dsy, a young courteous man. Properly cleaned up when i got home. Nick and his helper( sorry i dont remember his name)nailed it. Hope i dont need them for awhile, but if i do, they have my business

I have not done business as a customer but I did as being the municipality that issues permits. I had one encounter and we originally disagreed with one another. However, they were very polite and respectful during that disagreement. We met in person to discuss and came to an agreement. The entire process was so polite, respectful and we both completely listened to one another. I can only imagine that the customer service is just as awesome!

They were called out to get the water heater started. They told me that it needed parts that would be $600, or a new one would be $1300. Hmmm, a day later my brother came over, went to Ace Hardware, bought a $10 piece and fixed it. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even trying to fix it. Total disrespect for a company that works that way.

called about a $500-$600 commercial job and he acted like I was waking him up from a nap and bothering him with my call. Then was supposed to meet me the next day to look at the job and never showed, never called me back.

Jeff was great! Our drains were clogged and backing up. Roto-Rooter were able to get here same-day and on time! Our septic system was tricky, but Jeff got everything cleared.

The technicians were highly knowledgeable and professional. They were right on time and were very helpful. They did not try to up sell us or talk us into unnecessary services. They are top notch! We will most certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
