Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

Had an amazing experience when Gurney Bush came and fixed a very specific, long-standing plumbing problem we had. There was a bit of miscommunication which caused a delay in service, but aside from that everything was perfect and great value. The problem has been 99% resolved, which is even better than what we anticipated!

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

I have called a list of different plumbers in the Indy area and the experts at P&K are consistently the most reliable and trustworthy. I had a shower issue that two different plumbers told me would cost into four figures. Then, Danny from P&K tried a quick fix that worked perfectly and cost way less. Had an appointment for Feb 13th, made weeks in advance. The employee said he couldn't get the above ground lid off. Says he will be back in the morning. I call in the morning amd receptionist says it will be that afternoon amd I will get a call, that's others are in front of me. I get no call and no service. I call this morning and the receptionist says she was not notified. I say why are you doing other appointments when you didn't make mine. She says the appointments were made 2 and 3 weeks ago. Hello so was mine. Definetly not a reliable company besides that other companies are the same price with I'm sure 100 percent better service.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Jordan K. was a great Service Technician to work with. He arrived when expected, explained what he'd be checking while he was here, and even remembered where the thermostat and heat pump were from the last visit several months ago. He was very polite and well-spoken throughout the visit, explaining different things and providing information about what was working fine, what seemed slightly off-kilter, and what action he recommended. He was already familiar with our service plan and what discounts were included with that as well.

Very responsive when we a leak. Helped line up everything we needed whereas other companies only gave us numbers of other people to call and set up on our own. Had entire line dug and water restored in less than a day.

Larry and Alex were great. Came in jumped right to work took care of the repair. Clean up was like no one had even been there. Thanks for having a great staff.
