Fite Plumbing's customer service is rare. They did everything to not sell me a water heater, including the owner of Fite watching Youtube videos over the phone to help me troubleshoot. They eventually solved the problem, which still did not require me buying a new water heater when, at that point, I could have easily been sold one. We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Honestly one of the best experiences with professional services hands down! They were very transparent and knowledgeable in their field. They explained everything in detail and gave logical and practical recommendations based on their findings. They even found an issue that was probably missed by others which involved the correct speed the unit needed to be running at. Can’t say enough good things; would definitely recommend 10/10!

I had Phil from Prime Plumbing and drains out at my new house to check out our sump pump and get a quote for battery back. He gave me a couple options. I went with a combo kit for a new sump and battery up. Came the next day and installed everything. Super professional, informative, and quick.

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!

Excellent customer service! They were timely, affordable & honest. Nice, professional guys that explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job early. I highly recommend.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
