Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. Jim is very professional and certainly takes great pride in performing high quality work. Jim did a very big job for me that included: removing my countertops, sink, and old dishwasher; lifting and installing new countertops; putting in new sink and faucet while also making the garbage disposal more functional; installing new dishwasher; and fixing a clogged drain from my AC unit. Previously, he had also put in a new water heater for me. Jim does a fantastic job and I highly recommend his services.
