Very professional , courteous and pleasant to work with. Installed my complete Gas line to my home , cleaned up any mess and did not leave until it was inspected. Arrived timely even the slightest delay was related to me by text. When I say this is the Company for your plumbing needs, Mr Jonathon Rooter man Service is . Dan was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything he was doing. And answered all our questions. He worked quickly and thoroughly. We are very satisfied with the work he did.

Danny was a referral and a great one. Woke up this morning to a broken water heater. Need replacement and called a couple other plumbers and they all said we can Try and make it out today but no guarantees we can fix it. Danny said he would come right over and help. Pricing was far and work was completed before noon.

Service 1 Plumbing is the best. They installed a new kitchen sink and replaced my shower fixtures. They're very flexible to work with. They are my only choice for plumbing work.

If you are on the lookout for a plumber, give Larrison a call. I have just had him replacing kitchen and bathroom faucets. He was on time and accommodated of my schedule. Very responsive on emails/texts and did a nice & clean job, also giving me important advices that helped me save money on the installation. Great work overall, highly recommended!

We had a backup and while trying to find out where the clog was a pipe was damaged. Miguel oversaw the restoration and clean up in a very timely and professional manner. The clog ended up being on the outside pipe and Eddy had it unclogged in no time. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We had a pretty hefty workload for the company including water heater replacement and electrical work. There were a few miscommunications during the process, but Sean and Efficient Systems worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we were needing. The quality of work performed even on certain parts of the job needing revision was top notch. The techs were always on time and professional people to work with. At the end of the job you can trust that Efficient systems will make sure you are taken care of.

Jason was so refreshing after having experienced Mister Qwik! A representative from Mister Qwik gave us a ridiculous price to fix our shower leak. He also stated we will most likely be charged the same, if not more, with the other big plumbing companies. We decided to continue searching and thank goodness we found Jason!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable !! There was no sales pitch. Thank you Jason!!

Thank you for coming out to assess my situation and only charging a nominal fee for your trip on a Saturday. I will keep calling you guys for my pluming needs.

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

My overall experience with 'The Plumbing Company' was terrible. Chris and Cindy, a husband and wife team, sub-contract all aspects of their work. This makes timely resolution difficult at best. Additionally, these two do everything possible not do any work whatsoever themselves and do not come on site to confirm, verify, or inspect any work that is done by their sub-contractors or other entities.

Cindy and Chris will go out of her way to provide every scenario possible but aren't actually capable of accomplishing any of the work. The one time during our 9-day emergency sewer line repair when Chris actually came to my home, he had his helper digging in my yard, during excessive heat and humidity, while he hid out front by his truck and texted on his phone; that he didn't grab a shovel and help his own man, tells you everything you need to know about how these two operate.

Additionally, Cindy was initially disparaging about every other plumber out there to ensure that they got the job. Because we were working through our insurance/warranty company, to whom I have recommended they no longer use 'The Plumbing Company', Cindy and Chris were quick to push the work off to the city utility company, their subcontractors, and were constantly asking for updates and pictures because they didn't spend any time here on the job site. They were quick to blame delays and difficulties on everyone else and finger-pointed to the city and even their own sub-contractors when tasks could be completed or updates provided in a timely manner.

Finally, after the 9-day emergency was partially resolved and when it came time for next steps, their estimators (more sub-contractors) didn't show up and Cindy indicated that she was going on vacation and work would have to continue the following week.

Cindy, Chris, and the 'The Plumbing Company' should be avoided at all cost. If you are using a reputable insurance/warranty that chooses to continue to use them, request anybody else! These two will take a difficult job and make it worse by kicking the can down the road and avoiding the actual work at all costs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
