Alex and the whole crew at Carter's were fantastic all of the way through!We had a leak on our hot water heater that was causing damage to our baseboard. We called at 8 in the morning and had Alex at our door before 10.From the moment I rang the office till the time I paid the bill everyone involved was courteous and professional. Alex did a fantastic job of explaining our issue, finding the root cause of it, and explaining the options to resolve it. He took extra time out of his day to ensure that we received the best price possible for the work and parts.I can't recommend this group enough for any plumbing needs you might have. I'm sure anyone there would do the same, but we will be requesting Alex to come do any future work we might need.It comes with good piece of mind as well, with a fantastic warranty that I doubt we'll need to use but feel confident about.

PLEASE DO NOT put yourself in a position to be ripped off like so many have, don't do it.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Incredible! We recently had a plumbing emergency and Snappy Services came to our rescue. Now when I say we had an emergency, I'm not talking about a leak in the basement... no, I'm taking about a sewage backup and our poop was EVERYWHERE!!! down the walls, on the carpet, in the kitchen cabinets, even our pantry. I am not 100% sure, but I think it may have even leaked into my wife's Reece's Puffs cereal, and by the time I realized it she was half way done and I didn't have the heart to tell her. I know I'm getting off track, but the guys at Snappy Services were amazing. They showed up within an hour of when I called, and got us taken care of for a very reasonable amount. Totally recommend!!

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov.
