We used Leon with Topdog and he was very professional. We were informed when he was en route to our house for the job on the way for service. When in the house, he was very informative and responsive and explained details through every step of the job. Pricing was fair and competitive and workmanship couldn’t be matched. He took my needs into serious consideration and was very confident which option was right for my household and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. If you ever need a water heater or water softener, this is the place to contact.

Repaired shutoff valves and replaced hose bib. Kevin was honest, explained issues in detail, and checked water pressure to see if we needed a regulator. This is after a different company said we needed one without checking anything and trying to up sale “fixes” we didn’t need. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

English is. the best period. I grew up with Mark and Mickey and delivered newspapers to Lowell, and they do the highest quality work in the industry. The other plumbers I called ,could not get the job done ,but English could. That's the difference. Not your average make all the money you can company. 5 star plus.

Extremely knowledgeable and gives options. Professional group and would highly recommend them. I've had them help with a few projects around my home and they are fair and very responsive. I feel confident on the work and know it's done right!

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single. Any update would be appreciated. I pray they follow through and get it done.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Jason was very polite, on time, fixed my bathroom shower that has not worked in few months. Other plumbers and handyman could not diagnose the problem and wanted to replace the entire shower valve assembly charging $500.

Jason was the one and only plumber to accurately diagnose the Tuscany (Menards brand) shower valve cartridge adjustment; it took him only 5 minutes to have the shower running without replacing any parts.

Simultaneously, he checked two other problems with hose bib and kitchen faucet and gave diagnosis without charging extra.

I've had the worst experience, I'm very, very, disappointed in Robert Poteet, in the summer I had him replace my breaker box, because it needed updated, my house is old. Well after I had gotten home I called him & told him my thermostat was off, did he touch a wire or something because it worked before that!! He didn't say anything, he act like i needed to change thermostat, I said no way not right now, I just pd $1800 for him to do the breaker box& something else in the attic to do w/electrical, now mind u I pd$200 more for him to come to do up in attic, my point is he just wants, wants your money ? now I'm without heat, he told me I need a new furnace, he said my furnace was old wasn't worth fixing. My furnace & heat worked just fine last winter. I got a second opinion from a respectable company i explained to him the issue w/ thermostat & electrical he said there wasn't enough power going to the furnace, so basically his screw up on electrical work plus he left the cover off the furnace, wires hanging out everywhere, not very safe! Please don't waste your time or money on him!!! CALL a respectable company. So now I've contacted BBB, called the news stations, I don't Want him to screw anyone else ?
