Max Denney did a great job with our HVAC inspection that is included with our membership. He was very professional and polite. I moved in with my 80yr old mother about 6months ago after she had a fall, then hip surgery. We bought a condo 3 months ago and was sure that we had left all of home owners issues behind when we downsized. The property we have moved into had been inspected and had few troubles. But after doing some deep cleaning earlier in the day, and using the washer, the dishwasher, toilets, sinks and shower some at the same time, we were shocked when the toilets started overflowing.I was really concerned about the price, and the repair costs to my mom as she is on a fixed income. She knew that there could be minimal or it could cost an arm and a leg. Roto-Rooter sent a man by the name of Kyle to our condo in freaky fast time! I was shocked that he had actually arrived so quickly. Kyle was absolutely the nicest guy and he was patient with all of our questions, he answered everything in a way that we could understand, and he also showed what I have to call compassion to our situation. He never seemed put off by my constant asking, Will that cost more? It was as if he understood the financial situation and he was gentle, patient, and kind in his way of handling us two old crows. At one point, he even explained how there is not a service charge, if he had diagnosed the problem, but we didn't have the work done, there wouldn't have been a charge. IMPRESSIVE,Roto-Rooter!! Kyle explained what we could do in the future, and the do's and dont's of putting waste in a toilet and down a garbage disposal. He told us that we have a 6 month warranty on the work performed, AND, he gave my mom a 20% senior citizen discount. Kyle didn't have to do that, we would have been none the wiser, and that 20% was a nice chunk of change!In today's world, I've not always run across the most honest people that I needed to work for me, and when you are a woman and at the mercy of professionals, sometimes it's easy to be taken advantage of. At no time did either of us feel like we were being sold anything we didn't need, or have work done that was uneccessary, or feel like we were in over our heads.Kyle was the most professional plumber, and I honestly hope that he is appreciated by his employer, because we will call Roto-Rooter again, and it is because of the way Kyle treated us. He came off as genuine, knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, professional, kind, patient, and with a sense of humor I do think. He is the kind of person that I like to surround myself with because with ppl like Kyle, a person is SAFE! He isn't going to try to benefit from the bad luck of someone else.Roto-Rooter, thank you for sending Kyle, and thank you for getting out plumbing needs taken care of. They say that word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get, well, I will tell everyone what a great experience we've had with Kyle from Roto-Rooter, and that if they have any plumbing needs, just ask for Kyle, and tell them that Judy and Mandie sent you.

Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

Eric for All Pro Pluming Services came to supply and install a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. He was efficient and tidied up after he had finished at a cost that I thought very reasonable. The work appears to be well done and without any fuss. Thank you Eric.

I called up Curt & Jerry Sewer after a referral from another local plumbing company to investigate a sewer gas smell in my house. A couple guys arrived and I explained the issue to them. They offered up some 'advice' on the issue but barely even came inside. Instead of going into the basement to actually investigate, they just told me what they 'probably thought' the issue was from and gave me a $99 service visit bill. Since the issue was not resolved, I contacted another company and they were able to locate the issue within two minutes of being in the basement. I would not recommend contacting Curt & Jerry to look into any issues. Calling them turned out to be a complete waste of $99.

I’m 1st time homeowner and had the guys from Indiana Residential come out to spray seal my entire attic where mold was visible.

Instead of just hitting a few spots they sealed everything from top to bottom. They went above and beyond, getting down below the rafters too. They even offered to help me fix the plumbing on my kitchen sink I had been working on throughout the day.

I would highly recommend anyone dealing with attic mold to inquire about their services! I will definitely use them for any of my other contracting needs!

He offered some advice on how to maintain our pipes and avoid further damage. His honesty and professionalism speaks to the company's high standards for customer care. We appreciate his help and hope that, in case we need assistance in the future, he will be our plumber.

Brad assessed our plumming issue changed and reassembled our shower components and parts. Gave us an estimated for future water heater, very nice man and professional.
