They cleaned up after themselves, tarped off the area, and were very professional while they were in my home. Lauren was very responsible and quickly addressed a minor problem while everyone was here. I’m looking forward to working with them again!

M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call. Alex Zelaya was wonderful. Replaced my air handler after it was struck by lightning. It's not pushing air like my old unit and Alex came back today and spent almost 4 hours checking everything after another person came in and said they were only here to look, not to fix anything and i would have to call the company back to get them to send someone else. Alex was professional and courteous. I hope if I need service in the future, he is the technician that gets sent to me.

I needed a tub handle replaced and it was under Choice Home Warranty, this was the company they used. Well, Mike the plumber told them it did not break due to wear and tear, so why else would it break??? The Choice warranty therefore did not cover repairs. They mailed me a plastic handle for me to replace. So I called Mike to please come and replace it since he collected the copay of $85. He did not have time and told me not to contact him again. Is that professional? I do not think so Mike, it was a simple job for you, I tried and it did not fit. Apparently there was something else wrong with it, but I guess Mike did not notice that. So choose someone else for your needs, like Rath Plumbing.

I have now hired him on two separate occasions for plumbing repairs and he answered the phone promptly; responded quickly to my needs and fixed the issues with such professionalism. He knows his craft and he is such a great gracious guy. One heck of a gentleman. He repaired the plumbing issues quickly and his pricing is very, very reasonable and fair. had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency
