First time using Nick's; due to time of the day and my regular plumber closed for the business day, I needed service right away as my home did not have any water.Called Nick's and technician arrived within 20 minutes.Eric Perez was very professional, respectful, and did the job really well within the expected time-frame.The reason I am not providing a 5-star rating is because the price of the job was way too expensive; unless I have an emergency, as Nick's provides after-hours service, I will continue to use my regular plumber.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Micah and Matt came out and immediately put my mind at ease. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, They were able to diagnose and repair a problem that a previous plumber told me would cost $14,000 to repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Micah and Matt were able to flush the line which saved THOUSANDS of dollars and a compromised foundation by unnecessary digging. If you need a good plumber, look no further! Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

They were great, they did more then we originally asked and didn't go over the budget we had discussed, they were professional and did good work!

Jose was very professional and efficient. He checked the heating unit, filters, vents, and checks for CO2. He took pictures of mold found in the vents and explained that he would follow up with Green residential to recommend mold remediation options. I appreciate that he was thorough and explained what he saw in the HVAC system. He did an excellent job.

I had a water pipe leakage after hours on a weekend and needed service in emergency. Called up Turbo helpline, who agreed to send the tech in right away to take care of it. They also helped me over the phone to close the main water valve. The service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Happy with the entire experience (my first with this company) and I will certainly be using them again.

Rob Harmon did an amazing job installing our faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal! He was responsive, professional and on time. He even gave us the courtesy of showing us how to unclog the equipment at our request. I highly recommend this company

Gave Great Service!! Best response time I have ever had from any company especially while using my home warranty for service. Reported in the afternoon one day and they were here the next day and repaired both a/c units. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. They fixed a busted pipe during the 2/21 freeze. Before that they dug under our house to fix pipes invaded by tree roots.
