Best plumbers in Katy, I’ve used them all. This was the only company that was able to answer their phone when our water heater started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday night. We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.

Christian was on time and explained each process as he was completing the service. He was very thorough. I will definitely call them again!

The Tech that came out was very unprofessional and purposefully fried the contractor in my furnace after we agreed to a price for his troubleshooting trying to get more money.

The Tech that came to service our A/C, was Alex Zelaya. He was very knowledgeable, professional and on time. After I showed him the units, he went straight to the problem. He showed and explained everything to me before he started working on anything. I like the fact that he wasn't rushing through the job. He wore shoe covers before walking on the rugs and carpet. If ever we need any of the services listed, we'll be sure to call Turbo Home Services and suggest that Alex be sent to us. And I would recommend anyone I know that ever need work done to this company and have them ask for Alex Zelaya.Two thumbs up to you Alex.

Had burst pipe and they fitted me in asap.called ahead and were very nice.ceiling fell and they clean mess.would have gave 5 stars but they quoted me at job of$180.00 to put strap on but they found another pipe stress they double price to put a second strap on.it was all easy access.thanku for coming but $185. Per hr was much to be here hour and half

Very professional and friendly. Chris explained in a way you would understand the problems with the air conditioning unit, tub and drain in person and via videos he took while he was at work on the roof. He gave recommendations and choices taking into consideration how much budget you have in mind. I took their business name and phone from yelp and chose them as I had both air conditioning and plumbing issues and it was smooth sailing from when I first contacted them. The work was all done on the same day. Thanks and I would use them again in the future!

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Jay is an outstanding technician. He is very profesional and very knowledgeable and polite. We like to dedicate him as our technician. He has excellent customer service skills. Turbo home service always responds timely to problems . Jay was right at our door within minutes of report of the problem.

I needed plumbers to check my kitchen sink, this company was near me so i called, i was impressed about the cheap the service was, especially, because the service was very Good. 100% recommended.

My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!

Came in and assessed the issue. Gave me multiple options, we decide on a fix and got the problem resolved.
