Responded immediately to a call for a basement backup. Investigated with camera. Worked hard and fast in less than ideal conditions to dig up part of the basement and driveway to replace an old broken pipe. Hard working, amazing service, fair price and left everything spotless. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. Hopefully we don't need you again, but happy to know you are there if we do.

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Alejandro was very nice and sent Alex to come by within the hour. Parents plumbing is in bad shape, but Alex did a great job. A bit pricey (flat fee), but they did a great job. Awaiting a quote from them for a more ‘long term’ fix. Hopefully we come together on that as well. But thus far, satisfied and you have a great employee in Alex, Alejandro ?

Wes was on time and completed the job at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Definitely get on the schedule if you need plumbing help!

UPDATE: Received a call from the owner Edgar, he was extremely apologetic for the miss diagnosis. Was engaging with the technician on the issue. The bulge in the capacitor bottom should have been seen which indicates it had been blown. If you have questions or concerns with an estimate or diagnosis, ask questions. They have been very transparent.Never again!! Called One Call Houston for a warranty repair, technician stated our 2 year old AC compressor needed to be replaced. Cost $1500 for labor! Called our builder, the AC contractor who installed the system when building house replaced the capacitor (starts the compressor) for $80.
