A bit pricey, but I had to have gas connection installed by certified plumber. Very happy with the service. Thank you

Will never use this company again. Late 2x in one day. Walked on my carpet with shoes on. Im partial with masks but they had none. Plumbers were nice but did not provide a quote before work. I asked and was told they don’t know. Then came the $450-dollar surprise bill. I paid in full then voiced out my dissatisfaction. Office manager wants to argue so I told him to F off. Kept texting and calling after was told not to contact me anymore or will get the authorities involved. He still called several times so the cops had to get involved. Horrible experience with the back office. Plumbers were ok though my toilet is heavily scraped up that probably needs replacing now. Will definitely not call these people!

Excellent service with rapid response. We had an emergency leak and our ceiling was dripping tons of water. Within what felt like ten minutes after calling, the owner arrived. After fixing the leak, he also cleaned all the broken ceiling debris, brought material and patched the roof for us while we wait on a dehumidifier to dry the damaged tiles. Best Rates Plumbing was on time, they told me exactly what they needed to do and the total cost, got the necessary parts and completed the install with no issues. Even unclogged a floor drain that I had no idea was clogged. Draining the old water heater made the clog quite apparent. Nice clean installation, hot water again!

Doug came out and did a great job. He quickly cleaned up bad plumbing that was stopping me from being able to protect my exposed out door plumbing from the cold weather.

Call Another plumbing company before calling after hour plumbing was told was really not important and they was not taking new customers, they only deal with high end clients. 500.00 is high to remove and not replaced or repair anything,.
