Called Roto Rooter water coming up out of the tub, sink and toilet a big mess. First contact was a very pleasant voice who took all my information and gave me a time of arrival. While waiting I received a call about a possible delay which turned out to be no delay . We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. Great service...we used them for a blocked drain need cleaning , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!

Jay came out yesterday to diagnose the issue in my house, which was a leak from my HVAC unit that my own builders HVAC company couldn’t figure out.Both Jay and Jesus came together promptly to install the bypass damper duct for me. They have been very professional and educational. Explained why certain things needed to be done.Great experience with them and they came out on a holiday when most other companies were closed.

I hired Houston Premiere Plumbing to replace a shower faucet because I was experiencing a leak. I have ceramic tile in my shower therefore they had to knock out a couple of the tiles to replace the shower faucet. When they finished I noticed that my bathtub was chipped in several places that wasn't there before. This was clearly due to the workers not protecting the bathtub before breaking the ceramic tiles. I immediately called to report it and was told that someone would call me back. It's been almost two weeks and no one called. I then called today and again was told that someone would call me back. As the customer, I should haven't to pay for damage caused by the company I hired to do a job.
