Service was pleasant but expensive. We got the Inlet Valve fixed on the side of house that cost $1100. The problem was common he said and the Valve breaks all the time on homes. It required the plumber to dig up and cut and replace the pipe with a new copper valve that will be more durable for the future and he Insultaed the pipe for cold weather.

Texas Premier plumbing showed up about an hour after my call. They gave me a quote to use their hydrojet machine to unclog my sewer line and after running a camera and inspecting the line. After they cleared the line they showed us on the camera again that the line was cleared! I must say that the communication with the plumber was a key to choosing them for service. He really took the time to explain every detail and we are very happy with the service and the repair. I think I found a plumbing company for life.

Do not count on them to do what they say. They Haven't one time made it to an appointment they scheduled continued to be lied to day after day. Do not. Do not use this company our headache continues as I am writing this review. Still after 3 days waiting on a manager or supervisor or somebody who actually gives a #%$@ to call us back. If you wish to hv the job done right and feel like your a valued customer do not use Turbo home service'sAnd then you get the cookie cutter response on the review.
