After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. Very professional company. Re-piping my entire home and installing a tankless water heater was a huge project and throughout the plumbers were courteous, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about the work. All work was completed on time, the walls they cut open look exactly as they did before the work, and the city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of their work. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Kintex and its employees and would happily hire them again.
