Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. I am so very grateful for them being able to come out so quickly. Thank you guys for your help. I recommend this company. Let me not forget they clean up any mess that's made doing the job. My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged VIP plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. VIP plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! I would definitely recommend to the VIP plumbing!!

Ruben and jose did a fantastic job today in my home. They didn't take very long to diagnose what was wrong with my drains. They explain every step to me. They are so clean about what they do, and very very professional.I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs! Especially my restroom vanity replacement cannot wait!

Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

So I called Chris on a Thursday night with a busted water heater. He was able to come out Friday night to check out the problem (which, by the way, was a service call he did NOT charge me for, whereas all the other highly rated plumbers in the area wanted to charge me $75 just to come see what the problem was). He was immensely helpful while he was over, and when the decision was made to replace it with a new water heater, he was even nice enough to come install it on a Saturday morning. Furthermore, when it turned out that he only had a 50gal in stock to replace my 40gal, he still only charged me the price he quoted me for a 40gal replacement.The advent of the internet has facilitated an unprecedented access to price comparisons and things of that nature, but to anyone reading this: if you live anywhere near the Meyerland area, and you have need of a plumber, you would be an absolute fool not to use Perot Plumbing.

Awful experience,Terrible service, technician was amateurish. Awful sourcing process and overpriced, shocked they are in business at all. Maybe I was unlucky but it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in years. It was a simple shower handle replacement. Plumber spent about 30min for actual work. Showed up the first time and made his assessment then came back without asking customer what style or price point I was hoping for the replacement handle. He showed up with a $7 garbage handle. When I stopped him and asked for something a bit better he had to go hunting from one retailer to another (Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.). Things I could have done. Anyway then they wanted to charge me nearly $500 for all this, it’s a $200 job at most.Beware Houston...seems the reviews are biased.
