Best Leaking Water in Houston TX

We had a main water line leak. Their team came out on time, worked efficiently, and professionally. The men were courtesy and respectful. They did great work and had us fixed in a few hours. I will definitely use them again if we need work done.

The time window was between10am and12pm. They did not show up until 11:55am. They wanted to charge me $350 to change one dishwasher hose. I paid the $68 trip charge, and fixed it myself for $45. The tech said they charge $350 /hr. Don't Call For Small Jobs.

I've used Lucky's to replace a hot water heater, fix multiple issues with a toilet, and fix a leaking tub. Each time they scheduled the problem very quickly, arrived when promised, were sensitive to keeping the house clean, professional, explaining what the issues and remedies were, and best of all, fixed the problem. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Great company! I needed a new toilet installed and the old one hauled away. I called at 12:30pm and the job was completed by 6pm same day. Nayar and ZIU were very professional and did a great job! We were on vacation staying at my in-laws condo and the hot water started leaking VIP Plumbing was prompt and had the hot water heater replaced within a couple of hours of us calling on them. The crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!

Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I explained what was happening and someone came the same day to check the leak. By the following day it was fixed. We are very satisfied with work.
