From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) Been using this company primarily for Air Conditioning related stuff with a bit of plumbing with no complaints. Very professional, on time, reasonably priced, and has been able to resolve every issue I've had. I think there's even been a time or few when there was no issue and I simply wasn't familiar with a new homes system and they fixed it for free.

They were able to service my urgent call the same day and Rigo was very professional and helpful.

Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

I explained what was happening and someone came the same day to check the leak. By the following day it was fixed. We are very satisfied with work.

The lady was really rude and scolded me for not answering my phone. I called and left a message saying someone would be there, earlier apparently she didn't listen to my message. Oh well they lost at least $500.00 worth of business, off to find professionals!

I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!

These are some hard working and very professional guys! They get the job done the 1st time!! Very very happy leasing agent! Yall Rock!
