Best Leaking Plumbing in Houston TX

I’ve relied on Cooper for quite a few years for my personal home, as well as regularly recommend them to clients. As a Realtor, I have just a few vendors on my short list that are consistently reliable, show up on time, and are trustworthy. Cooper has remained one of those over the years, and I always recommend them with confidence.

I would highly recommend Bluefrog plumbing… their customer service was timely, their advice and recommendations were great, pricing was extremely competitive and the water heater install was perfect… professional on every level!

REVIEW UPDATE: Roto Rooter contacted me regarding my review and they offered me $200 to write a positive review and still NO solution to my issue. DO NOT BOOK WITH ROTO-ROOTER! They are a nightmare. We had a pipe burst in our attic that went down to one of our bedrooms and flooded the room, so we called Roto-Rooter and they sent a technician out. It was maybe 5:30-6:00 and they said he would arrive in 30-45 minutes and he did not arrive until 10:00 at night and he looked at everything and decided that he did not want to do the job, leaving everything STILL LEAKING WATER and he wouldn’t even help us turn our water off because our valve is in the attic by the burst pipe and I guess he didn’t want to get wet leaving us with water leaking all over our bedroom all night long causing us to have to replace all of our tile. They gutted the walls and insulation and said they would be back within a few days to remove the tile. I did not hear anything for almost a week but they called and said they wanted to come out and complete the work. They arrived and said that because this job has taken so long that they are no longer authorized to remove the tile and that we need to contact our insurance to have a contractor come out and remove it. I thought this was completely absurd so I called my insurance and I found out that Roto-Rooter lied directly to my face and they told my insurance company that they did not want to continue the job because they would have to remove the tile in my ENTIRE HOUSE and it would cost too much and they are now REFUSING to service us. My insurance company forced Roto-Rooter to complete the job (which all they had to do was remove the tile in a small bedroom) because they knew what they were trying to do was unethical. As you could guess since Roto-Rooter didn’t want to remove the tile or continue any work to begin with, the next work they did was completely awful and I had to have somebody else come out and fix my floor after they damaged it. I’ve had such a headache with this company that I don’t even care at this point I just want this nightmare to be over and prevent this catastrophe from happening to any other customers. I wish I would have gone to Servpro because everything would have been fixed within 4-5 days with no headaches. Please steer far away from this shady business.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

Today was the second time I've used this company & it definitely won't be my last. They are very helpful, friendly, & do a great job. But the thing I like the most is how trustworthy they are. They are always upfront with the pricing & let you know what they're thinking. The technician was friendly & professional while still being personable. Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

When we did research, A1 Discount Plumbing was the least expensive. We were excited to visit with someone that is so fair with their pricing. The job was done very well and he and his assistant were very neat and respectful to my house. I was very pleased with this company and we will use them again. had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency
