Roto-rooter provided excellent service. The plumbers and water restoration workers were clean, and provided good communication and answered all my questions. Wonderful service, I highly recommend. Andrew tech #1523 was professional and knowledgeable.

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

I was very satisfied with the service provided excellent work and very well attended both the technician and the materials of good quality and guaranteed.My air conditioning was damaged in the summer and no one could fix it. The Turbo technician fixed it in a second and said it was just the capacitor. He fixed only what needed to be fixed and I didn't have to buy anything else.

Bobby was absolutely helpful and I am extremely happy that I called. Today was a really hot day and for some reason my air conditioner stopped blowing out cold air. It was still blowing air, just not cold air. After sitting in my house a couple hours I decided to call One Call Houston. Within ONE HOUR they had a person over at my house, his name was Bobby. He was extremely helpful with my situation. Very happy with the service.

They tried to unclog a drain. The snake broke, but then they said that they could not unclog it. I paid them and said if I call another company and they get it unclogged I expect a refund. The next day another Company came out and unclogged it in 10 minutes. They've been completely non-responsive to my request for a refund.Update: It's been a month since their reply apologizing and vowing to make it right. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and got a reply that they tried to call (which they didn't) and I still have not received a refund. They have my credit card info and wouldn't need to speak with me to issue a refund anyway. Several e-mails went unanswered.

Chris worked me into his schedule quickly. His workmanship was excellent. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Great response time. Mike and William were able to quickly resolve the issue quickly on Sunday. Everyone where else we called was closed.

Wanted to charge $45 just to come out to give a price on repairs. I did tell them what needed to be repaired.

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.
