We found a water leak in the Laundry Room and immediately called Roto Rooter. Mike came out and identified the problem from a hot water pipe in an upstairs bedroom. Opened drywall just at the right spots, fixed up the issue and cleaned the mess that was created. Now, we have built-up water damage - in comes Sampson! Did a great investigation around the problem and will be working with my insurance to get everything back to normal.Thanks Mike and Sampson - really nice service - in and out in 2 hours. Obviously, the other work will take time, but definitely appreciate their work.

My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. God sent me Great Blessing through Houston Plumbing Services. I'm so grateful. Thank you for everything that you do for us. A really committed company with awsum worker's. I don't even know how I would ever be able to pay this forward. Thank you for this awsum gift of compassion. I will be referring them to everyone I know and I will definitely be calling them in the future for any Plumbing needs I may have. Again thank you with my whole ❤. We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem.
