Best Floor Drains in Houston TX

If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

I just have to say, my team that came out, Christian, Kraig and Eric, were heaven sent.Waking up to sewage backing up in your bathroom is a horrible feeling not to mentioned the smell. Well this team came out and not only opened the line, but assisted me on filing an insurance claim for the damage done. I wasn’t even aware this was covered. Eric helped me make the call right then and there, furnished all the information needed and pictures to the insurance to get things rolling. To top it off, they then sent a crew to do the clean up. I can’t say enough about these guys. Customer service is not lost with RotoRotor! They have taken it to a whole new level. Thanks RotoRotor.

I found the company on HomeAdvisor. The company responded fast. The representative was very nice and customer service oriented. I received a free in home eatimate the next day! That impressed me because its hard to get service that fast. The plumber that came is Thomas. Thomas called and came within the time frame given. He was so nice. He gave me all the information and let me know the steps he was going to take to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! I ADDED A ADDITIONAL JOB WHILE HE WAS HERE. Im very impressed. Im definitely using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

The men from After Hours Plumbing Service were extremely professional and respectful. They took the time to discover the issue with our water heater. The patience and dedication really shines through. They even ordered a part and were able to return in a timely manner to fix it.I would highly recommend! They may not be the cheapest on the block but well worth the investment!

A lot of people get fed up when they have a garbage disposal leak ,but not me. Instead, I calm myself down and simply call your plumbers over to fix it.

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. They even took video of what they did! I highly recommend them! If you have a plumbing problem you're apprehensive about having investigated, don't put it off another minute! Call Joe Nettles!

I sincerely hope no one in Houston finds themselves in need of a plumber at 2:00 a.m. on a Monday morning but we did last night. I randomly searched for a 24-hour plumber on the internet and found Dover Plumbing. They immediately answered and got to my house within an hour (I live all the way up in Kingwood). They were at my house fixing a busted pipe that was gushing from the ceiling into my kitchen from 3 am to 6 am and did a tremendous job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing services...called to check water leak and the guy just flushed the toilet and said we need to pay for his next task why would I do any work when I don't make any money out of it he said. He didn't even bother to check the water pressure, or anything. Totally don't recommend this company unless you don't care spending money.

I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing! We are so grateful to Justin and the Loyalty Plumbing team! A pipe burst in our home and we had to turn the water off to the house. Even with hundreds of calls coming in that day, they still made time to come over and fix our pipe. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful and put our minds at ease! I highly recommend this company!
