My husband and I are very happy with James' work. We first met him when he came to check a leak and address low pressure in our shower and faucets. He trouble shooted the problem, and made the repairs quickly. On his second visit, James replaced our old water heater tank. During both visits James was clean, respectful, and overall displayed great professionalism while working in my home.

Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! He was friendly, personable and highly professional to boot! Highly recommend!

I have an appointment on the 15th of this month for service for my home repairs due to busted pipes durung the freeze. But I've used them in the past several times and I've received excellent service. They're absolutely worth waiting for there service.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

It took a while for me to get the courage to find a company to trust to do the work I needed and I am glad I went with these guys!!! They did a phenomenal job and Joseph was incredible. He went above and beyond and was very nice and did a fantastic job! I was so comfortable with him I hired him to do more than just what he came for! He had no problems doing it for me. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work! A+++

I needed a temp/pressure valve changing on the hot water tank but they would not quote it over the phone so I had the plumber come over.He looks at the job and says he'll give me a quote. I asked him if he could do the the valve on the other tank as well and he agreed, wrote up the quote and let me have it. And boy did he let me have it to the tune of $807.36! Are you kidding me? I decided not to pay and gave him the $70 call out fee. I did the job myself and had them both done in under an hour for $30,the cost of the valves. At $800 / hour I am in the wrong business along with a lot of doctors, lawyers, airline pilots and anyone else who spent four years getting a degree.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

I hired Houston Premiere Plumbing to replace a shower faucet because I was experiencing a leak. I have ceramic tile in my shower therefore they had to knock out a couple of the tiles to replace the shower faucet. When they finished I noticed that my bathtub was chipped in several places that wasn't there before. This was clearly due to the workers not protecting the bathtub before breaking the ceramic tiles. I immediately called to report it and was told that someone would call me back. It's been almost two weeks and no one called. I then called today and again was told that someone would call me back. As the customer, I should haven't to pay for damage caused by the company I hired to do a job.
