Called on a Thursday and explained my situation and was told that it would be no problem and they could take care of me made an appointment for Friday only to find out late in the day that they could not make it so they moved me to Monday once again got a call ( after I called them )and was told again they were going to cancel finally showed up Tues for them to tell me that they were not interested in the job and would “pass” on it Wasted 3 days dealing with them

Extremely professional and reasonably priced service. From the first visit, I was impressed with this company. Before a plumber even arrived, I received a text with a picture of the person coming to make repairs as well as his background experience. They made me feel well taken care of every step of the way. If you need yard work done, they are very careful when digging and they place grass sections to the side for repositioning after pipe work is finished. I highly recommend their service.

Tony C. (the certified plumber) with Abacus was the best. He was fast, professional, courtesy, and fixed my urgent issue immediately. I usually stay away from big name companies but Abacus made me a customer for life! The person that answered my late night Sunday call was kind and professional. I loved the ability to track my technician throughout the appointment. This really was standout customer service throughout. Thank you guys so much! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had this company come out to my home to service one of my AC units. The top two floors of my home are not cooling well and I have two AC units that come in my house. Two for the bottom floor and two for the top floor. I had a tech named Victor come to the house to help solve the issue. Apparently, he opened the dumpers and did a temperature check with a probe for what was coming out of the inside unit. I was told everything was “fine “. I’m still having issues with the AC. My top unit has been on for over 25 hours trying to cool the floors below 76°. I understand this is Texas and it is very hot. However my bottom two floors have no issues maintaining a temperature of 72°. I paid a $39 diagnostic fee and the issue was was not resolved. I called back later in the day to have someone come out and look at this issue again. No one has returned my call.

The technician was terrific! If you need ac work done ask for Joe Johnson. I retract my statement. I had freon at my home and he added a little for me which I thought was terrific. However what he actually did was mess with valve causing it to leak out. I lost ALL of my freon in unit. Had to hire someone else to refill it. Can't believe I thought he was so terrific. At least I finally have air again! No leaks. This was technician caused.

Jay is an outstanding technician. He is very profesional and very knowledgeable and polite. We like to dedicate him as our technician. He has excellent customer service skills. Turbo home service always responds timely to problems . Jay was right at our door within minutes of report of the problem.

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

Provided professional service from the quote through the A/C replacement. Jared and Johnson (the A/C installers) were very responsive to moving the temporary coolers for our comfort while he worked, gave us the option of working late at night or coming back early the next morning, and reran a leaky A/C vent line that was damaged and wasn't outputting cold air like the other vents.

Technician Evander Martin was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of checking my a/c. I give him 2 thumbs up, and would highly recommend. Very satisfied.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
