Hello, this is the Rosalez family in Pasadena Texas and would like to thank TQP for all my home services these last few days/week and would like to thank all for their help on my exterior plumbing repairs, water heater replacement and gas line leak repairs all almost back to back. I would like to thank Gabriel Torres, Pepe Coronel, Atom McWatters and team help for my concerns and also giving me the courtesy calls every time. I have never had any problems whatsoever. I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

My wife and I were helped by Ivan, who did a great job servicing our AC. He was very personable and nice to work with too. Couldn't have been better.

OneCall replaced my water heater in 2021. While I’ve had 1 or 2 small issues since then, one of them being a leak from the pipe fitting that I discovered this Christmas morning (due to cold weather), their customer service is one of the best I’ve seen and keeps me loyal to them.Bobby has come out during each time to come fix the issues and he explains what went wrong and what he will do to fix it.Being an existing customer, they are very quick to respond and send someone out.

Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. I am so very grateful for them being able to come out so quickly. Thank you guys for your help. I recommend this company. Let me not forget they clean up any mess that's made doing the job. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Very unfortunate situation.Plumber came for 60 sec and never picked up the phone. Gave wrong information to the home warranty just because he was in extreme rush.Thankfully I was able to contact another Professional company who came the very next day and fixed the problem within 15 min.Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this company. Jose was unprofessional as well as Nora the office manager who was extremely inpatient an disrespectful (all she cared about was the 85$ service call).
