Let me tell you, John Moore has a gem of an employee with Andrew Estrada. He is professional. He is punctual. Attentive to my calls and texts and communicates clearly. He was very knowledgeable about the 1979 Federal Pacific breaker box set up at my mom's place that needed total replacement. The first few minutes at the breaker box with him on a Monday (1/2/2023), I knew he was the right technician for the job. He didn't rush me into making a rash decision. He is a good listener. He explains things very clearly. Answered all my questions with confidence. Guided me through the repair process when CenterPoint needed to be involved. Completed the job by Wednesday (1/4/2023).
