They are outstanding! I found a leak in the water heater so I gave them a call around 3pm they were at the home an hour later. The water heater was leaking internally so it needed to be replaced. By 8pm that same evening the old heater was removed/haul off and replaced. The plumber Sebastian was excellent! He walked us through the whole process and cleaned up everything before leaving.I will definitely be calling them again!

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I bought an apartment on sale, obviously it had several problems, the one that stood out the most was the low level of electricity and humidity, so I decided to search for a company that could solve both plumbing and electrical problems, I didn't have to look much, well This company is located near my area, I called the number that appeared on google and asked for a visit for the following week, when the day came Kevin came very punctually, a very friendly and trained tech, it turns out that there was a broken pipe that generated humidity in the wall and also in the electrical system generating a short and for that reason the energy level was so low, although it was a long job I consider that Kevin was as efficient as possible, this meant that he did not have to come back the next day to continue the work, I fully recommend the company, they considered my needs and knew how to solve them completely.

Needed to replace 15 yr old water heater in attic. Bought one through local big box store but their associated plumbing service wanted an arm and a leg for install. Looked online at several plumbing companies and this one had many favorable reviews. Called Budget Home Services on 6/6/19 and they sent Derrick out within 45 minutes. He looked everything over and came back with a firm price that came in almost $800. Under the previous “estimate” I got from the other guys. Sealed the deal right then and there. Derrick and Andreas came out the next day. Their dispatcher kept me informed of their arrival so I wasn’t left guessing when they would show up. Derrick and Andreas arrived at 12:15 and within ONE HOUR they had removed the old water heater, and installed and tested the new one. They also installed a full port ball valve that I had previously purchased into the new heater for me at no charge. Derrick gave me lots of information about my new water heater and maintenance tips to keep it operating for a long time. In summary: one hour attic install, very courteous and professional, great quality job and extremely reasonable pricing. Derrick told me they also have an air conditioning division of the company. I will definitely keep them in mind WHEN that time comes.

This property management company has nothing to do with her very successful, black owned, female owned plumbing company.
