Had a great experience with Blue Frog from scheduling the appointments to fixing the water heater. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. They made every effort for me to understand each issue I had in getting the water heater fixed. Blue Frog had good communication, very helpful in placing the items for me, and did an excellent job. Will be using them for any issue with plumbing. :)

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Excellent service with rapid response. We had an emergency leak and our ceiling was dripping tons of water. Within what felt like ten minutes after calling, the owner arrived. After fixing the leak, he also cleaned all the broken ceiling debris, brought material and patched the roof for us while we wait on a dehumidifier to dry the damaged tiles. I would recommend his services to anybody!are

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find.
