Best Clogged Toilets in Houston TX

We called this company last week to schedule an install of a home water softener and filter. The gentleman who made my appointment told me a ballpark price of $725 after I explained to him what kind of system and where it would be connected. On Friday, they cancelled my appointment because they fell behind on their appointments. I rescheduled for the following Monday. On Monday, the technician came to our home and was there for less than a minute before he told us that the price had doubled to $1500. We were shocked. This water system come with a do-it-yourself Install kit and tutorial video. It is made so that the average homeowner can easily install it so imagine our shock to find that this plumber thought the job was worth $1500. This was actually the second plumber who had given us an install quote. The first plumber’s quote was also $700 so I know this company was clearly trying to scam me. I called to speak to a supervisor who told me he would call the technician and figure out why the quote had changed so much and then call me back to discuss. I waited almost 2 hours for that call back and never received one. Do yourself a favor and find a more honest company to do your plumbing work.

Very helpful in explaining the problems with the garbage disposal and toilets and provided multiple options for replacements. Very efficient and completed all the work in one day and cleaned up really well!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They came ahead of scheduled time. He flushed out our washing machine drain. He also shared some important information about our water heater that we need to be aware of. Thank you for for your VIP plumbing service..

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. Called on a Sunday to inquire about installing a hot water heater. Received a call back within 10 mins. Yes he could do it today. He had another call before me but called 30 mins. before arrival to let me know he was headed my way. Saved me almost $800.00 over another companies quote ( and that price was during the regular work week.). Very polite and clean. Will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.Other guy wanted to charge me $850.00 to install a drip leg. $20.00 in parts and 20 minutes time ha! You never know when you are talking to a former pipefitter.
