He took the time to explain in depth everything he was doing, How long it would take and what the results would be. Very knowledgeable and spoke to my level of understanding. We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. We had some back and forth discussions and he responded immediately each time and the phone team truly made me feel that they cared. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Honestly I don’t leave reviews but Anthony was so helpful i couldn’t not. I live in the Abby apartments and didn’t expect anyone to even show up this late at night but he fixed my over flowing sink that was pouring onto the floor and cleaned up afterwards definitely 5 stars

I explained what was happening and someone came the same day to check the leak. By the following day it was fixed. We are very satisfied with work.

The lady was really rude and scolded me for not answering my phone. I called and left a message saying someone would be there, earlier apparently she didn't listen to my message. Oh well they lost at least $500.00 worth of business, off to find professionals!
