And it was lucky if I could leave a voice mail because most of their mail boxes were full.Then I came across Houston Plumbing Services on the internet and gave them a call. When I got to their voice mail, I did not even bother to leave a message because of all the frustration I had to that point. This was when the miracle happened. After I hung up, Eda texted me right away! She was really responsive, understanding, flexible, and had a lot of patience with all of my questions.HPS also did not take advantage of the situation and they gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable based on my research.The installation went well like a breeze. Technicians were on time and finished their job fast. They cleaned up afterwards.Thank you!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

A friend of mine recommended This company. We hired them to assess a drain, as we suspected that there had been damage from a huge tree root. He was a great guy and really understood the drainage system. He also explained each step of the process to us. It took him half the day to do the job. He did it with a smile, even though it was a dirty job. This company is my favorite. It's a great product and I would use it again if necessary.
