Great business. Fast. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Just a bit pricey. We had a clogged drain. Freddy was there within a couple of hours and had the clog gone in less than 10 min. They also guarantee their work for 6 months.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

Francisco went above and beyond to ensure our drain was snakes properly, regardless of some challenges he came across that added some significant time to our rather routine job. He also fixed some other minor things under our sink at no additional charge. The price was fair - I will use again

I had a busted pipe. They came 1st thing and fixed it well.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

It was Sunday and they came out , had our hot water heater replaced in no time . Very helpful and I think gave us a good ideal for being a Sunday. Service man was very polite and thorough. The owner even came to make sure everything was good.

Steven and Cisco did a great job on our toilet repair. They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and cost effective. I will definitely be using their services again in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

Angela the owner and operator of Byrd Plumbing was a joy to work with. On the same day I called, last minute on my part, she scheduled an inspection of a very badly corroded, leaky length of pipe under my house. The next morning her crew was at my house. They cut out the bad sections, added new plumbing and completed the repair in little more than an hour. The price was fair and the work was fast and professional. I would recommend Byrd and use Angela's company again.

I first used Shawn/Lifetime Plumbing in the midst of Snovid when water was pouring out of my ceiling. It was late, cold, and dark - his number was passed on to me by a friend from college. He showed up within a couple of hours and helped me stop the water and then set out to fix the repairs. Not only was he professional and honest but he was responsive to other neighbors who approached him to help them. I had him return to repipe my house and again was honest, good and professional. I wish I could find other professionals in the home repair industry who have the work ethic and approach Shawn possesses.
