I emailed for an appointment on a Monday morning. By 8 am, I had an email response. By noon a very y nice representative called me. Before my appointment that day, they called and checked in. Our service person was so nice and well informed. All our services were done in a timely, clean and professional manner. I've never had better service from a plumbing company in my life. Awesome. Plus they give you a warranty on the service. Excellent work?

We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. We had some back and forth discussions and he responded immediately each time and the phone team truly made me feel that they cared. Air Express Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Our plumber, was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our dogs. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Your plumber did not fix anything. Complete waste of my money. He refused to try to get the shut off valves to turn, said they were frozen. This could easily have been done with a wrench. Total waste!

I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!
